Southward Ho Country Club: Bay Shore, NY: Kristina & Dan's Wedding

It’s a pretty special thing to get married in your home town - to walk out of the front door of your childhood home in a wedding gown, walk down the same neighborhood sidewalk you walked as child, this time hand-in-hand with your now husband. For Kristina, she got to do all that and more. She also got to say her vows in the very same church where her parents had been married so many years before - standing in the same place they had stood. And her parents - they got to sit in the seats that their own parents had occupied way back when, letting tears of joy fill their eyes as they watched their daughter marry Dan.

Of course, they weren’t the only ones crying happy tears - so were Dan’s parents and Kristina’s sisters, all overwhelmed at the clearly evident love between Kristina and Dan. And by the time the reception rolled around, Kristina and Dan were surrounded by all of their friends and family celebrating the two of them and the fact that they had found one another.
