They say that a great way to know if a relationship is strong is to go on a trip together. That, when the journey gets chaotic or stressful, you’ll get a strong sense of who this person really is and how they’ll be when challenges in life come your way.

Once Jane and Ian became a couple, they realized pretty quickly that they have a shared love of adventure. That love took them to beautiful locations - snorkeling among exotic sea life, swimming in the mist of waterfalls, flying above mountain ranges. Those adventures also taught they quite a bit, not just about the places they were visiting, but also about their relationship.

They learned that, in one another, they had each found a true partner. Someone who would be there to hold your hand and marvel at an island sunset but also take your hand to make sure you stay together through a crowded airport. Someone who would encourage you to try something new but also take note of all the things you need to be comfortable.

So that when they were ready to jump into what will perhaps their biggest adventure, building a life together as husband and wife, they each knew they were doing so with a partner who would they could count on - no matter when, no matter where.
